2022 Season Tryouts Information
We've just received the links to both the Release Waiver and Concussion Baseline Test sign up. They are included below. PLEASE COMPLETE THESE TASK ASAP! We will update everyone via our Instagram @purdueuniversityfc if anything changes.

Thank you for your interest in Purdue University FC! To kick off our 2022 season, we are welcoming all to tryout for a spot on our 35 man team. During the first week of classes, we are hosting four VERY important events:
MON, August 22 - Club Callout - 6-7pm, ME 1130
TUE, August 23 - Tryouts Day 1 - 6-8pm, Northwest Recreation Fields
WED, August 24 - Tryouts Day 2 - 6-8pm, Northwest Recreation Fields
THU, August 25 - Tryouts Day 3 - 6-8pm, Northwest Recreation Fields
Please attend our callout meeting so that you are up to date on all information needed for you to compete for a spot, including how we will communicate the cuts that occur after every tryout day.
Since tryouts are held at the Northwest Recreation Fields away from campus, we offer rides (first come, first serve) picking up and dropping off at the Corec circle drive. It’s recommended to wait the low benches directly in front of the aquatic center entrance. The exact location is shown below:
Before you are able to participate in our tryouts, you will need to complete three tasks:
1. Fill out and e-sign the Purdue Club Sports Waiver, Release & Hold Harmless Agreement. Be sure to use your full name and Purdue email when accessing the form.
2. Take a Concussion Baseline Test (CBT) by signing-up for a virtual test . Once you complete the survey, you will receive a link to complete the test within a business week.
3. Fill out the 2022 PUFC Tryouts Sign-Up form.
